Galaxy MThis post is only for M31 users who are facing boot stuck issue. This procedure will clean install firmware in phone and would make the device working again.
Things required- Computer> Samsung USB drivers installed in it, Odin tool in PC,A working Samsung USB cable and Official Stock Firmware.
My Phone crashed after April update.
Only way to resolve the issue was to install official stock firmware.
Followed below steps for successful resolution of the problem:
1) Install Samsung USB Drivers and ODIN for Android 10 on your PC - v3.14.1
URL : https://www.androidinfotech.com/download-odin-all-versions/
2) Download Galaxy M31 official stock ROM (Full speed download) : https://samfw.com/firmware/SM-M315F/INS/M315FXXU1ATB7
Important Note: Select CSC file if you want to do a clean install or you can Select Home_CSC if you want to keep your apps and data.

Galaxy Mdownload Odin software. URL : https://www.androidinfotech.com/download-odin-all-versions/
You will need version 3.14 only
download M31 firmware : https://www.sammobile.com/samsung/galaxy-m31/firmware/SM-M315F/INS/download/M315FXXU1ATB7/321291/ (approx 4 gb)

Galaxy MI faced same issue today morning. Did as said and got the phone working again. Firmware downloaded took about 4hrs as for free user they give less bandwidth for download. After spending 5 hrs of my life I could get the phone working. Then to get opinion did chat with samsung ppl, they asked me visit service center after current lockdown ends, I know this is not correct. I can understand the pain of people. If possible give a try or have to wait till lock down ends.
