Multiple Line Issue

I am having these Line issues from around January 24 on my M52 5G, i've visited the service center several times but they are charging 7500 for the repair which is from their side of problem as my phone does not have any physical or liquid damage, also the repair cost is too high for me. Please HELP!!!

And, the charges applicable to the repair which was already confirmed by the service team. They will provide you with original parts with genuine cost with a service invoice.
