Dear Samsung Support Team,

I am writing to report multiple unresolved issues in my Samsung Galaxy M35 device. These problems persist despite updates and previous complaints.

Problem 1: High RAM Usage
The device uses excessive RAM even with minimal usage. Basic apps like YouTube cause unusually high memory consumption. Background apps are not properly controlled or optimized.

Problem 2: Overheating
The phone overheats during normal usage such as browsing and video streaming. This indicates poor thermal and system resource management.

Problem 3: Device Care App Issue
After the recent update, the transparency feature is not working. It has only been renamed to “opacity,” with no real visual or functional change. This appears to be only a UI-level modification.

Problem 4: Performance Lag
The device frequently lags and stutters during normal use. UI navigation is not smooth and does not meet expected performance standards.

Problem 5: Background App Management
Apps continue running in the background unnecessarily, causing battery drain, heating, and performance issues.

Problem 6: No Improvement After Updates
Multiple updates in Samsung One UI have not improved RAM management, performance, or thermal handling.

Problem 7: Delayed Resolution
I have already reported these issues earlier. However, the response has been delayed for months with no clear resolution or timeline.

Request for Action:

  • Fix high RAM usage and optimize background processes
  • Resolve overheating issues
  • Implement proper UI features (not just label changes)
  • Improve overall system performance and stability
  • Provide a clear resolution timeline

I request immediate attention and proper resolution, as these issues significantly affect the user experience.

Thank you

Clear all the cache and then restart, if this not solves your issue then try reset.

Thank you for your suggestion.
I would like to inform you that I have already performed all the basic troubleshooting steps, including clearing app cache, clearing system cache, and restarting the device. However, the issue still persists.
Additionally, the option to clear cache via recovery mode is no longer available in the latest version of Samsung One UI (One UI 8), as this method has been removed or restricted. Therefore, I am unable to perform that step.
Since all standard troubleshooting methods have already been completed, including cache clearing, the issue appears to be related to system-level optimization rather than user-side problems.
Kindly escalate this issue and provide a proper fix instead of repeating general troubleshooting steps.

Even when opacity is increased, the widget still looks too transparent / washed out

This usually means a One UI bug or theme conflict, not just a setting issue1780149345892.jpg1780149345929.jpg
