Motion effect option not available

While setting home screen wallpaper, motion effect option is not available in Galaxy M51.

Any missing configuration? Or is it OS issue?

this feature was removed in One ui 2.0 so,no one can use it

This feature is now available via WonderLand Goodlock Module you side load it from apk mirror if your M51 supports.

This feature is not available anymore..but you can try wonderland(goodlock app/module)

only if your device is compatible with this app.
