I recently installed WhatsApp on my Samsung M13, but I noticed that the Effects icon and background filters are missing during video calls. I've already checked and confirmed that the feature is enabled in privacy settings.
I also tried:
Force stopping the app
Clearing cache and data
Reinstalling WhatsApp.
Despite all this, the effects are still missing. However, when I installed WhatsApp on another phone, the effects were available and working fine.
Is this a known bug with the M13, or is there a specific setting I need to adjust? Would appreciate any insights or solutions!
Some devices will not support video call effects due to certain camera app limitations, please check in the camera app settings once if they are enabled to be used in other video calling apps also
