Microphone not working in calling and voice recording.

Recently after an update in my M13 4g the Microphone is not working in calling and voice recording. And when i make videos it works. 

I don't know its a bug or what. 

And after doing a factory reset as told by Samsung service center representative no improvement seen in my device. 

Don't know what to do.
