* Reset app preferences.
Settings > Apps > More option or on three dots at the top right corner of the screen > Reset App Preferences.

* Reset Network Settings: Go to apps screen >Settings >General Management >Reset >Reset Network Setting.

Dear Samsung Customer Support,

None of your solution is fixing this issue. Please escalate it to the concerned team, we need fix at the earliest. Also request you to check all posts, Android 13 has introduced this bug for many users. Also requesting you to provide updates regularly regarding the patch release date. I hope Samsung uses source code repository please revert the code to previous version of Bluetooth.
