Did u upgrade to android 13 and can u check in night environment with no lights and dark mode with 0 brightness if u don't have the screen flickering

Is ur device made in Vietnam? Also I changed the screen but when I lock the screen the display still flickers

It is recommended to do a factory reset after every Major OS Upgrade. Sometime partitions may contain old OS files. Performing Factory Reset will clear all old caches, files and boost ur mobile performance. Take backup of ur important files before reset.

What about user data. Factory reset will delete all of that. Why is this recommended. Company should ensure proper upgrade without the user going through hassle of these things

No need to factory reset. Just clear the cache partition.
