As i am using samsung galaxy M52 5G phone for 1 year and 3 months and this phone is like new with no drop or liquid damage kept as infant , But than also one day suddenly while using chrome After updating phone the green line started to appear and after going through - Safe mode - optimizing - updating phone -reseting phone , Nothing changed the green line continued , How could a Display manufacturing giant is having soo much complains for green line on display and why They are not fixing it.

And these executive Gone to moon
Both executive extension isn't working 😕 and neither the mail is being replied as they asked for photo and jobsheet and invoice but after that launched to moon

My dear complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members app as a error report and also send your's log files along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's free of cost. Thanks.

I have done that thrice sharing pictures and logs tooo. And every time same system generated message, And if we are frustated with display issue why could one should waste time and money to visit service center and hear as others say that you have to pay for display replacement.
And why samsung is not accepting it Like ONEPLUS as they say phone with no damage will receive Free SCREEN replacement. Why they are Numb On this even you can also see by searching green line on their community hiw many are complaining and hiw they are treated by #Shamesung support.
They are arrogant like NOKIA,LENOVO,MOTOROLA and LG And rest is history.

Go and register a case against samsung on consumer court soon as possible and also tweet it and tag samsung

I complaint they say charges are required because my phone is out of warranty but 8000 is so much
