Galaxy MHi All,
In the Month of April 2021 I received an OS update for my Samsung M40 and have updated the same successfully. So after this OS update my phone started getting heated up and battery started draining rather than usual. So on visiting the service center they have given me an estimation of Rs. 10000/- towards motherboard and battery replacement and also did not receive satisfactory response from the Samsung customer care team regarding the same. So this is totally disgusting as I have to spend Rs. 10000/- for the phone which was purchased for Rs. 20000/- and within 1.5 years spending Rs. 10000/- for the defect which has not happened from my end and it was corrupted only after OS update and until that my phone was perfectly working with no issues. All this happened because of OS update. And I never expected this from a brand like Samsung.
So kindly resolve this issue at earliest or else will proceed legally until this is not resolved.
Thanks
