I purchased recently new samsung galaxy m35 but there is a problem in this is that my phone's battery is draining very very quickly. not excepted from samsung. Worst experience ever from samsung. Please fix this problem

Ha bhai mere pass bhi m35 hi h. Tumhare isme m35 me kitni kya battery issue hora h kitni der khatam hori battery kuch idea? Or charging me problem hora h kya ?

Your device is new give it some time to learn your usage pattern about 15 to 20 days.
Your can also enable battery saver and disable turn off 5g in battery saver option.

But why I use in restrictions. They didn't give any statement about how to use your phone,what to use, when to use.....

Yes, most of the people dont know how to use phone properly will end up draining the battery quickly. I do follow the above mentioned points and my phone m35 give 9-10 hours of screen on time [sot]

As per your concern, we want to inform you that when initially using the device, battery consumption may be rapid due to learning battery usage patterns and application of performance optimization. It will stabilize after a certain period, but if still facing issues, kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue still occurs, please visit the service centre for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service centre with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/
