As I checked, this phone was launched on July 15th, and here all set, u are within the warranty period. Let them do whatever they want.

Oooh, aam taur par aisa nahi hota hai. Main bhi do baar service center gaya tha, ek baar display se judi problem ke liye aur dusri baar charging port ke liye. Dono hi baar unke pass components available nahi the aur unhone order karke 5-6 din baad repair kar di.
Aap kisi aur service center visit kr skte h Lekin main toh yahi suggest karunga ki apne nearest service center ko hi bol de ki woh zaroori parts order kar ke phir repair karein. Sabhi service center ke paas har cheez available nahi hoti.
