I got a new M34 and it always remains warm. If I am on a voice call as well the phone gets more warmer. How is Samsung releasing product in the market without testing. This is a WORST processor I believe. And the great customer service of Samsung wants the customer to visit the service centre for a product that is faulty in the first place. My dear complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members app as a error report and also send your's log files along with this error report for this issue. Meanwhile turn on power saving mode and wait for next update to fix it. Thanks.

Just so you know, I have already reset my phone. The issue isn't fixed. I don't think there is anything left after resetting the phone. What will your service centre do? I cannot give my phone to you for your RnD. Bottom line- this model is a piece of **bleep***t that I have to deal with because I have spent money on this. And I have realised now that it's an issue reported by most of the users of this device. But no more Samsung again. #nomoresamsung
