Galaxy M42 5G stuck in BootLoop and may boot after 10 to 15 Auto boot attempt

Hi,

My Device Samsung M42 5G stuck in BootLoop and if lucky it will auto boot after 10 to 15 auto boot attempt but restart again. Device has been handover to authorised Samsung Service Center and they advise to replace Motherboard.

Meanwhile they also confirmed that Samusng is not sending Part to the service center to repair the device. I am failed to understand why service center is giving such lame excuses Please help and advise.

If customer service is provided that is also is costly and always say whole motherboard to be change required. But not provided chip level repairing.
