M32 5g suddenly turn off (software problems)

The Samsung Galaxy M32 5G shuts off automatically during a call and does not restart, resulting in a significant loss of communication during critical calls. The phone turns on when both the volume and power keys are pressed simultaneously for 10 seconds, but this only works occasionally, and my phone sometimes behaves like an old TV's network difficulties display, with the phone not turning on most of the time.The display solely shows the booting process, and the display hues fluctuate, as do the text, which appear in different colours and as individual words. 

This problem has left me completely frustrated. Either it is software difficulties, or the inefficiency or uncompatibility of substandard hardware that does not work.

It's a hardware problem gentleman.

Goto Samsung Service Centre..

Just tell me what's the actual problem like battery controller or damaged, burnt parts

Kindly reset factory data with backup then try to it's again also turn on Auto restart in device care too. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Sir I have tried it but it doesn't work for me pls tell me another solution . When I went to near by service center they say asked for 10k for service
