M31S INTERNET CONNECTIVITY ISSUE

GALAXY M31S BOUGHT 5 DAYS BEFORE ITS FACING INTERNET ISSUE WITH FULL NETWORK AND SYMBOLS ALSO SHOWING BUT STILL INTERNET IS NO CONNECTING OR NOT WORKING.

GOT 2 PHONE ALL THE 2 MOBILES HAVE SAME ISSUES.

WORKING FOR 10 MNS AND THEN DISCONNECTED FREQUENTLY ON BOTH MOBILES.

NEED A URGENT REPLY FROM SAMSUNG INDIA.

Is any one of you experiencing WiFi issue, my samsung m31s disconnecting frequently from WiFi while toggling between apps.. I hv to switch off and on wifi every 10 to 15 mins

very distressed... I purchased this mobile on 10 oct, 2020, after unboxing I feel internet speed is not good in this mobile, I called to customer care, service head and chairmen, no one replacing my phone.
