I am using m31 , recently there is a pink color mark on Right side of Screen in a small size .

Will it be serviced or I have to replace the screen which is 4800 rs ??

It's of small size, right? So use it for as long as possible and upgrade the device. Because the only option is to change the display, which will cost you around 6/7k with gst and service charges.

Nb: You will be able to use it for atleast 1 year before the display becomes unusable.

Nope, the only option is to replace the full panel, sorry. But you can confirm that by visiting an authorised service centre.
Meanwhile, can you post a photo of the display here(in the comments itself)?
