M30s very slow charging

My phone M30s since one month taking too much time around 6 hour to get full charge. All troubleshooting procedures followed but no improve. Samsung please advise like these only have to run or any solution you will provide.????

bro u can try once
first half an hour charge normal
then disconnect and on fast charge

Once drain the battery to zero and switch off and charge and see the timing. Better charge upto 80%.
