M30s freezing and Restart problem

From a company  like samsung  it is totally  unexpected  to not consider  the issues of restarting  and freezing of A and M series models...
People spend more money on brands like samsung for better built qualities, safety, hardware and software support . But it seems now by not recognizing such major problems in 1-2 year old device samsung is going to loose trust from their customers....
If in the current scenario I'm not going to suggest any samsung device to anyone.. 

Hope things will get resolved by such old and trusted brand..

Visit samsung service centre this only one way to fix this problem.

There is no centre nearby... And other user facing same issue , centre's are suggesting to replace motherboard 8-9k

Hey, I had a talk with Samsung service center engineer, he told me that it is power ic problem, either a software flash at service center or replacement of motherboard will help, he told me if device is out of warranty and you don't want to get the motherboard replacement, then go to a known mobile repair engineer, he will repair the power ic and phone will work properly
He told me that now company is also having problem because the issue has occurred in huge amounts and they are not able to provide free replacement because cost of motherboard is high, its loss of Samsung from all angles
Now you just raise this matter on twitter and comment on tweets of utsav techie and others who have tweeted regarding this
The issue has been highlighted by youtubers and media groups so Samsung might give some solutions now

This issue have been reported here a number of times by others too.

Samsung just doesn't want to resolve or look into this. Its clearly their mistake which occurs right after an update (and will not able to downgrade to an older version even from service centre). The only solution is to replace the motherboard according samsung.

Never choose samsung again.

We had paid more from other brands for better quality and less features in the same segment so that we can use the device for long time it seems out to be a bad decision going with samsung.

Same problem i am facing with my M30s, this is very unfortunate and this type company which is having good brand image... we have to fight among this problem. Thousands of users cheated. We have to raise this issue very strongly.
