M30s and other restarting phones . Working solution.

Hello
I got Samsung M30s in September 2019 and after some update in May 21 sfter Android 11 update , it start getting issues first app stops working I have to press power button for sleep than it got on. And after sometimes it getting restart frequently than one day it switched off and never got on for like two days only to get off after two min. 
The only solution to this is write to ceo of Samsung India. It's an customer service by head depth 
Follow up their calls . I got my motherboard changed for free . 
1. They call u 2. Ask to go service centre for som job sheet 3. Then ask to submit your phone 4 change your motherboard. 
4. Go to Twitter and complain to samsung India . I did it also . 
Hopefully u get your motherboard changed like mine.

Hey bro, if your device is under warranty period, then you will go straightly to the nearest samsung service centre.. they will resolve your issue without any cost.. no need to contact samsung india.. waste of time to argue with them

Bro mine is out of warranty. Bought it in 2019 . It's 2021 . U want argue u won't get this done .

I have already mailed to hangsung.
They suggested me visit customer care.
My device M31 is out of warranty.
Is there any chance to get replce without any cost.

Bro I gave u link. Fill that first in message give links of various forums. Complain it in Twitter .
First and last it's coz of an update . Won't budge on that . Say it straight to executive on call that it's samsungs doing.
And yes go to service center and get a job sheet they will take 180for this . Or as instructed by the customer care on call
