Hi, Will there be any level 3 / Full camera2api support in Samsung M30s? I'm not able to use gcam or any other 3rd party camera app in this device. Please let me know.

Usually, Exynos SOC devices won't support G Cam because of lack of camera 2 API support. I'm sad to say that for the case of M30s, there is no full support.

check one of my old posts given in the link below. It might help and if you find this answer useful by clicking the three-dot button on the top right corner of this answer and accept it as a solution.

Thanks in advance 🤞

I have a question. Now we have found rooting procedures and TWRP in the xda forums. Somewhere on the internet I've read that by editing the local build prop we can enable camera2api in any device. Do you think it's possible?

For gcam HDR+ to function properly you don't require raw support. In my brother's Realme 5 gcam works perfectly and as far as I know there is no raw support function. I'm looking for full camera2api not level 3 camera2api (with raw function). Kindly clarify. If this doesn't work then I've to sell this phone and go for another realme phone.

Never knew that exynos Soc and Samsung support is this bad. If I'd have known earlier than I'd have skipped this device ( Lack of gcam and battery conservation is so poor with its exynos chipset )

first of all, to change the build prop file u need root permissions and gcam works with full camera2api if not level 3

yes, Exynos have a lot of frailty. Samsung flagship device doesn't have a proper camera to 2 API support, let alone M30s. Rooting the device will void the warranty and you won't able to use any banking services on your phone.

If you still very much concerned about the camera go forward and root the device ( chance of success is very low - camera 2 API) or Exchange and go for another brand.
