M30S internet not working during call

My M30S internet not working during a call. It means I cant see the caller from unknown number with truecaller. I tried all settings  but couldnt find the solution. Pl help

With today's update.. We have option to use data during calls.. In setting.. Mobile network

during call internet is working in my phone, but last 02 days not working
