I am noticing the lag in the UI transition,  switching apps, delay in opening apps in my M30s 4GB ram version. I factory reset my device after update and only 10 apps are installed.
After restarting it was working fine but after 2 hr same lag is observed.

RAM is also not full which would have been causing the lag.

Might be an update issue. Wait for some time. Samsung might push some improved updates.
My M30s 6gb has no lag issues so far.

even after cleaning the ram lag is present so i don't think its a ram issue

Yea thats right...But different variants have some tweaks in the update according to its hardware. In your case it might be these tweaks have gone wrong.
