M21 autoswitching from 4G to 3G

My recently bought M21 device autoswitches between 4G network to 3G and I have to manually adjust the network back gain to 4G.It happens quite a lot,around every 30-45mins.I talked with the customer care and they suggested me that it might be an issue from my network provider and suggested to switch on the call roaming.By default my 4g mode shows LTE/3G/2G and can't choose 4G or LTE alone . I'm currently using Vodafone(now VI) as default in Sim-1.

Pls share any troubleshooting advice or any settings operation guide.

Vodafone is currently famous for network issues and Volte issuesn that is why I switched to Jio.

I know...but surprisingly in my area I have an avg speed of 5-6 Mbps for Jio and 16-18 Mbps for Vodafone.

Might be, but I live in Kolkata and Vodafone is not even near to Jio here.

Vodafone IMO is only good for hilly areas.

change sim 2 setting to 2g only

It's the issue of provider because I have Vodafone (Vi) too only lte option does not show up for that sim but for jio It's there and yes iam using m21
