When i first purchased my samsung m40 a year ago i was able to run pubg on smooth + extreme graphics settings but now it has been reduced to smooth + ultra, which is disappointing. Whenever i play pubg, battery reduces drastically and allows me to play only 5 classic matches from 100% to 5%. Battery performance as well as the gaming performance is bad. After 5 - 6 minutes on gaming frame rate starts to drop and game starts to lag. And no doubt battery performance is a big disappointment. I think i should gift this phone to my grandmother and buy a better one because if i continue to play pubg on this device i might end up destroying it, it's really frustrating. And i believe Samsung phones are not meant for gaming, be it M series, S series or whatever.

I Thought M40 Will Perform Better As It Has Snapdragon 675 Processor Rather Than Exynos 9611

Exactly, that's why i bought this one. But i guess it was a mistake. I should have had gone with honor play.

I think m series is not properly optimised for pubg. I have m30s and battery drains fast in pubg as compared to cod or other heavy games
