M21 RESTARTING PROBLEM

I have galaxy M21 and facing Restarting  problem and heating issue near camera side (upper part of my device).Does anyone faced  this type of issue  like mine....anybody who has a solution  please suggest  me.

What type of restarting problem?

while using an app sometimes my phone freeze and then it restarts again

It could be three things:
1) Your auto restart settings is on. (Disable the setting)
2) Your device too much heatsup so it auto restarts. (Dont use heavy backcovers)
3) Your phone has broked. (Give it to service center -- but first run auto checkup and interractive test in samsung members)

After months of usage, factory reset, and research, I must say Samsung M series is the shittiest series. The restart problem has not fixed, even when the error report feature is enabled.
I will not let anyone in my circle to buy these cheap series mobile ever again.
