M21 Freezing problem

 For the last two months,my Samsung galaxy M21(4/64) has been freezing up while doing even the simplest tasks like while using the gallery app or just doing some random messaging stuff.

The problem occurs more after recharging the battery.And God knows when was the last time I used the default camera app without the fear that it'll get stuck again then I'll have to force restart ot again

It's not like I'm getting any performance drops.When it works it works perfectly fine,it is the freezing issue that has been disturbing me time to time

If anyone has go through with this type of problem please let me know.What should I do to fix it?

Note:The software is fully up-to-date

Don't Wait , If Ur Device Under Warranty Go To Service Center
Need Replacement Of Motherboard , It Costs
7000 , If Ur Device In Warranty It's Free.

Didn't worked mate.I have gave it to the service centre and they said it will take some time before giving it to me.Most probably its a motherboard issue

Go to service centre, change your motherboard. I have the same issue.

• My both phones M30s and M21 suddenly restart and hang on logo, I used phone 2 years only  [there are  exynos processors😡problem- (double Decker chip-sets  in m30s) ]
• After 2 to 3 years phone's  "Exynos Processor" fail and restart problem occurs.
  As people's warranty is over by then, finally the customer has to bear the loss, because of this bad experience in people's minds, they don't buy Samsung phones in life😭 SAMSUNG is reducing its brand value for entry-level and mid-range, people who once praised Samsung are now refusing to buy Samsung phones.😭
• Samsung should try not to fall from the trusted brand of Indians considering the future.
