M21 Android recovery mode

Today Morning got this issue while I used my m21 normally and suddenly it freeze and restarts automatically again and again then this issue happened. I try all of these steps except service center nothing works. 

What I do now? Is Any possible solution or Will I go to service center?

Yes, I tried but again it auto restart

Or power it off and follow these steps👇👇

For recovery menu you need a PC/LAPTOP or a Type C headphones.

Once you have any of them, Shut down your phone.
Connect your phone to PC or Connect your Type C headphones.

Press and hold Power Button and Vol+ until you see Samsung screen.

When Samsung pops up leave power button but keep holding Vol+.

Then you will see recovery menu.

Clean Data from there. (Do keep in mind that this will delete everything and your phone will be in default settings)
