M20 not detecting sd card

Hi my M20 hasnt been detecting the sd card when i put it in the sd card slot the sd card works fine on other devices but not on my M20 someone please help

Restart it after inserting SD card or Insert SD card after restart

Try to use PC, open cmd as administrator.

Use card reader and attach as usb.
Turn on pc or laptop.

Type chkdsk /f (sd drive)

Wait.

Now eject sdcard.

Now switch off phone.
Insert sdcard.
Switch on phone.

If not detected again then format sdcard to vfat format from pc then try.


If not work,. kindly check another card in your phone.

If not workings then use external otg cable to use sdcard.

Kindly restart your's device without any Sim and any SD card in slots, reset all settings of your's device in general management settings, then clean all slots also clean SD card and Sim then put properly SD card and Sim in their slots, then try to it's again.
