M20 Freeze

I was playing game, suddenly everything freezed. 

I tried drawaing notification it didn't drop down. I tried pressing power button nothing happened. Called from another phone... bell was going but in M20 nothing was showing.. put phone to charge... no response...

Its happening too Ofter...

bro... M series aren't made for heavy tasks. You should try avoiding heavy tasks

That is not the case. I used to have a M20 and it could handle COD easily, let alone PUBG lite.

You should restart phone once in a week or something. Also try " power off phone-) turn on by pressing and holding power and volume keys-)use volume down keys to navigate to wipe cache partition."

also try fix apps on that mode itself

i have set my phone on auto restart... thrice a week... at night 2 am

I know all these. I clear cache of device once a month and my device is set to auto restart everyday.
