M20 Charging Issue

I am having a weird problem with M20, It is able to charge with other companies adapter, but is not able to charge with it's genuine charger, and it's been a week now does anyone faces the same problem? Please let me know the solution for this situation.

The charger could be faulty. Visit a service center before buying a new one to ensure thst the charger is indeed faulty.

Nope the charger is working perfectly fine with another M20, the problem is not with adapter

Reset your device once. If the problem persists visit service centre asap.
