Samsung M20 Charging issue

Hi,

My phone is not getting charged when i plug in the standard charger  given by samsung . it is only getting charged when i connect it to power bank.

No other standard  charger is working, i tried with new M31 charger as well, phone is not responding or showing any charging notification.

Can someone help me with this.

Maybe the charging adapter has any problem.
