Galaxy MI am having charging problem with my galaxy m35. I have changed adapters cables also. Though those adapter and cables work with my other Samsung phone perfectly fine. But in my m35 there are very issues in charging sometimes it doesn't get charging indicator, sometimes it does not do super fast charging(I am using original Samsung adapter and cable). Even if it shows super fast charging it charges very slow. I'm very frustrated as it is not even 4 months old and I'm pretty sure there isn't any physical or chemical damage. Not even exposed to moisture. I think it is a bug or software problem(my m35 is up to date) and i also have tried factory resetting it. pls someone give me solution.

Galaxy MPotential Causes
1. *Firmware issues*: A firmware bug might be causing the charging problems.
2. *Power management software*: The power management software on your device might be malfunctioning.
3. *Hardware-software compatibility*: There could be a compatibility issue between the hardware and software.
Additional Troubleshooting Steps
1. *Boot your device in Safe Mode*: This will disable all third-party apps, allowing you to determine if an app is causing the issue.
2. *Check for any corrupted system files*: Use the built-in "Device Maintenance" app to scan for corrupted system files.
3. *Contact Samsung Support*: Reach out to Samsung's customer support team for further assistance. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or repair options.
4. *Visit a Samsung Authorized Service Center*: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, visit a Samsung authorized service center for a thorough inspection and potential repair.
Additional Recommendations
1. *Monitor your device's battery health*: Use the built-in "Device Maintenance" app to monitor your device's battery health.
2. *Avoid overcharging*: Try to keep your device's battery level between 20% and 80% to prolong its lifespan.
3. *Update your device's software regularly*: Ensure your device is running the latest software version to receive bug fixes and improvements.
I hope these additional steps help resolve the charging issues on your Galaxy M35.

Galaxy MI have tried everything that you mentioned but it still doesn't solve the problem. It might be a hardware problem but then also what kind of products Samsung is manufacturing they are faulty within 4 months and I don't have any heavy usage also. Samsung is majorly focusing on S series only it should focus on budget friendly F/M/A series also.
