M14 5G turning off data automatically

My Samsung Galaxy M14 5G is turning off mobile data while on 5G network automatically after I lock the screen. And it turns back on when I unlock the device. It's creating problems qhile I'm trying to stream music or downloading something. I've tried all settings I could find but nothing is working. Please help 🙏

No it's fine with LTE/LTE+
Only happening with 5G on.

Very interesting, because this is the first time that I'm hearing about something like this. The closest thing that I've seen is that 5G switches to LTE when not in use, but this, never. I'll check and get back to you on this, regarless of whether I find a solution or not.

My samsung M 14 5g is auto restarting and also sometimes starts ringing on off its own even there is no incoming call.
