Galaxy MTroubleshooting Steps
- *Reset Camera App*: Try resetting the Camera app to its default settings. Go to Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage > Clear Data.
- *Check Safe Mode*: Boot your phone in Safe Mode to disable third-party apps. If the macro camera works in Safe Mode, it might indicate a software issue.
- *Update Software*: Ensure your phone is running the latest software. Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
- *Clear Camera Application Data*: Clear the camera application data to resolve any software conflicts. Go to Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage > Clear Data.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, it's possible that there's a hardware problem with your phone's macro camera. You may want to visit a Samsung authorized service center for further assistance.
