1, sensor not working properly, it doesn't off the screen automatically while on call, so that different options are being accessed automatically even disconnecting the calls. We have purchased 3 mobiles and all are facing this issue.

2, I don't find "compass" app given by default.

3, while talking a call sound should be some more.

if you are talking about M31, Compass is not available as of now. You need to download a good compass app from Paly store . In One UI 3.0 , M31 will get edge panel and you'll get compass there. Wait till Feb or March for One UI 3.0. The feature is already available in beta.

As for your first query, M31 uses a virtual proximity sensor. In case you are using a screen saver, you may face issues.
