Will Samsung charge for motherboard if it is still under warranty?

Hey please do reply. My samsung M31 which I bought on May 2020 suddenly switched off yesterday and restarting and bootscreen is looping. My friends are suggesting that it might be a motherboard issue. My phone used to hang 4 times a day from end july to sept and suddenly it stopped. No liquid damage has been done nothing. I was just surfing Instagram and it restarted and then restarted again and started looping. Tomorrow I will take it to service centre and I have heard quite a lot of horror stories and I don't have spare 9k to spend on motherboard. I am just a college graduate. Please help me. Please reply.

under warranty no charges, in case any liquid damage/physical damage to the board/rooted device in any case, it will be considered out of warranty.
