Issues After Updating to One UI 8

Hello Samsung Team,

After updating my device to One UI 8, I am facing several problems:

I am facing a recurring issue on my Samsung M35.
Both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth disconnect automatically at the same time, and this problem happens once every two months. It disrupts my usage and is becoming inconvenient.

Please help me with a permanent solution or advise if a software update or service check is required.

Dolby Atmos (Movie Mode) not working properly – The sound changes automatically. This was working perfectly on One UI 7.


 I need a separate app for Equalizer, Bass/Treble adjustment, and 3D sound settings. Want direct Equalizer app in Samsung music app

The Optimization Widget needs improvement – transparency is not working correctly. Also Need better Optimization 


RAM usage is very high, even when no apps are running in the background.


Battery drains quickly even power saving mode

Please help me with a permanent solution or advise if a software update or service check is required.

Please improve the overall UI/UX experience.
Other brands have significantly upgraded their OS look and feel:

Xiaomi moved from MIUI to HyperOS

Vivo moved from Funtouch OS to OriginOS


But Samsung’s One UI 6, 7, and now 8 feel almost the same with only minor changes.

When can we expect a fresh, modern Android experience—something closer to Pixel’s clean and smooth interface?

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update it's maybe fix by Samsung team soon. To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Hopefully One UI 8.5 will be the “polished version”, not just good in videos 🤞
Samsung can do it — they just need to focus more on optimization than looks.

You feel boring in mid range devices but in flagships every version is cool like in samsung galaxy s26 ultra and Z tri fold and Z Fold 8 and flip
