Usually chrome downloads should be here . Also different app have accessible folders

bcuz it's restricted in a11 for all phone to protect your data being used by other apps.....
if you wanna see I would suggest other file managers.....

Android 11 restricts users from accessing Android folder to protect privacy. you cannot access data folders https://developer.android.com/about/versions/11/privacy/storage#other-apps-data

Not an issue, Google has updated their privacy policy in android 11 making android's data and obb folder inaccessible to most apps. You need to install third party folder app like Total commander file manager and enable install source permission to it to be able to access data and obb folders
