Issue after updating M30s to Android 11

After updating to Android 11 Phone consuming alot RAM and while using full screen gesture phones start stuttering and become slow but while using navigation button phone perform well and fast maybe they didn't optimize full screen gesture

Samsung support team also not sure for resolving hanging and auto frequent restart issues. Still they are mentioned for our responsibility for loss of data and phone dead after using the given link

Should I go for other brands phone?
