Is there any problem with samsung servers bcz i am facing slow downloading but my network speed is very good

Kindly follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

Press and hold the Power button until the menu pops.
Tap the Restart button and wait for the device to power off and on again

Clear data from the Galaxy Store App

Please follow the below steps:
Step1: Go to Settings
Step2: Tap on Apps
Step3: Scroll down to select Galaxy Store
Step4: Tap on Storage
Step5: Tap on Clear Data and tap OK to confirm

Check Date & Time Settings
Please follow the below steps:
Step1: Go to Settings
Step2: Tap on General management
Step3: Tap on Date and time
Step4: Make sure Automatic date and time is switched on

Sign out and Sign in again
Please follow the below steps:
Step1: Navigate to apps screen and tap on Galaxy Store App
Step2: Tap on menu icon (three horizontal lines)
Step3: Tap on profile picture icon
Step4: Tap on Sign out & Sing in again

Check App Permission
Please follow the below steps:
Step1: Go to Settings
Step2: Tap on Apps
Step3: Tap on Galaxy Store App
Step4: Tap on Permission

Its M02 device samsung promise is to give Android 12 update with 4.1.1 ui update they they can't fulfil their promises
as we know they are recist against Indians ...
