Is charging my mobile to 100% bad?

I always check the screen on time & the time since last charge on my smartphone

So in the previous devices I've used when those devices are charged past 90% they complete a cycle without going to 100 percent & when i unplug them they show 1 min off batery like that but on samsung phones it doesn't even complete cycle at 99 % it needs to charge at 100% to check the SOT & time since last charge of a fresh new charge if i un plung my samsung phone at 95% and in the next day when I am about to charge it ,it shows the SOT & time since last charge of the last 2 times

For this i mostly charge my phone until 100%

Is it safe to charge up until 100% or should i limit it to 85%

If you use your phone for more than 3 years, limit it to 85%. Otherwise charge fully as per your requirement. Dont get too obsessed with SOT as its not the correct measure for judging battery life of any phone.

Yes charging 100 is bad to mobile battery health 80 or 85 is nest option to save ur battery

I have a realme smartphone which supports 65w charging and I used to charge it till 100% everytime its been 4 years since I bought it haven't faced anykind of issue till now.

Keep your phone charging at night time when you go to sleep and use it in the morning when it is 100% it will not explode as the technology has improved in the plug

But use any charger and original brand only if you know that brand

You may charge to 100 percent but immediately stop charging as continue to charge phone after 100 percent is overcharging which is bad for the battery.
