Whenever i play in youtube or any other third party video player like mx player pro etc and try to lock the phone for few minutes and after trying to unlock my phone there is a bug, where it freezes the entire youtube and also mx player or any third party video player in... horizontal rotation mode and won't respond, it will freeze the screen will not respond until i force stop the apps this is happening on my M32 4g after the latest one ui 5 android 13 software update, i also tried all these steps below provide by samsung support team but still the same problems is going on not resolved yet.
1:Clear App data, follow the steps: From Settings, swipe to and tap Apps. Select the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, tap Clear data, and then tap ok. This will completely wipe the app and reset it to the original settings.
2: Clear an app's cache, follow the steps: From Settings, swipe to, and tap Apps. Select the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.
3: Switch off your phone for a few minutes and then switch it on and wait for a few minutes.
