Whenever I play music on YouTube and left the phone then the video gets paused and this message appears.

My thinking is that yt uses camera without that how yt will get to know that I have lifted my phone.

Nah, it's nothing to deal with camera permission.

Try Disabling Auto play,
Or Disabling Data Saver from YouTube settings if it's there, update it if it isn't,
Mine worked fine after YT clear cache and Disabling autoplay

Hn, not a feature vese😂
Because it's annoying most of the times, btw am using Vanced from several years, no such issues there. You might be a YT premium member 😃

No premium, who will waste 129 on Yt premium for ads. For ads 49 or 79rs is good.

You can still use it but there will be no further updates.
There are many cool features like the default Playback speed for all videos, Default Video resolution on data and Wi-Fi, you can watch videos on 1080P without any premium, no ads, automatic intro outro and sponsorship skip, hide cast button end screen as well, wide YouTube search bar and yes there will be no Auto pause😄
The only thing that I miss is the new UI improvements of the YouTube app :(

You mean if the phone is left on a table and you leave the room, the video/music automatically pauses?? Are you using tws headphones?

Or do you mean leaving the app to open another app or trying to run the app in the background? If that's the case, then you need a premium plan for that to work.
