I know why Samsung doesn't include this feature because samsung apps uses more data and this can seen in the speed. Like speed wont be constant for 0.00kb/s it will fluctuating. So, that means apps are using data. If you go and check the data usage then you'll come to know.

For implementating this feature requests are already made to Samsung.
Please u also do the same through proper channels.

This feature is made for China. By the way you have seen this network speed indicator in China Mobiles like Xiaomi , Oppo etc . These Chinese vendors gives this feature as it is for every Country & Samsung also has this feature Network Speed indicator only given For One ui China . They Don't Give these feature in any other Countries.
