Someday my samsung m31 internet notwork fast any suggest me what is the problem behind this

Please reset network setting of both Sim one by one and than reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time also optimize your's device in device care too also clear catche of all apps manually also restart your's device without any Sim in slots also interchange Sim in slots also turn off power saving mode then try to it's again. We regret to hear about your experience with our product. Please believe that this is not a usual occurrence.

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

● Check your mobile data: Settings>Connections>SIM card manager>Mobile data>Select the preferred SIM card from the drop-down.
Note: Preferred SIM should be inserted in SIM slot 1

● Check Data Roaming: Settings> Connections> Mobile networks> Data roaming to enable it, if disabled.

● Disable Mobile data limit: Settings>Connections>Data usage>Mobile data usage> Settings>Disable set data limit>Data limit disabled.

● Reset and set new APN: Settings>Connections> Mobile networks>Access Point Name>Menu (three dots) then tap on Reset to defaults> Reset.

● Set new APN: Settings>Connections> Mobile networks>Access Point Name>ADD> Name>Enter the Name> OK>APN>Enter the APN>Ok>Menu>Save.

● Reset network settings: Settings> General management> Reset> Reset network settings> Reset settings> Unlock your screen> Reset.

● Delete VPN Profile: Settings > Connections > VPN > Delete VPN Profile if available.
( You will see key icon in notification panel if VPN is activated).

● Update device software (If available): Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Download > Downloading updates > Install now.

● You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.
