Does Samsung M30s have in-built screen recorder? If yes, how do I access it ??

No, it doesn't support screen recorder,you have to use some 3rd party apps like mnml/kimcy/az screen recorder

Samsung Galaxy M30s doesn't support in-built screen recorder. Use AZ Screen recorder or other 3rd party apps.

Aren't you samsung user? You should have known, samsung has not provided native screen recording feature to every phone, many phones doesn't have it and m30s is one of them.
