I'm not able use 5g connection in m34 5g.

I'm using jio sim and eligible for jio true 5g but not able to connect it IDK why? tried all the methods, watched and searched related websites & youtube vedios and even talked to jio customer care(three times) but didn't got anywhere. So my last hope is maybe*2- security update or one ui 6 update if this will not work than I have to go to samsung service centre ask for to replace m34 5g since its in under warranty (purchased from official samsung online store and got on Oct 31st 2023).

Anyone also facing same issue with m34 5g?

Please replace same sim in jio care your issue will be resolved. I have same problem then i replace my jio sim to new one and it's work perfectly.

Aagar ye solution work karega to..isse accha kisika jio sim udhar lelo jisme 5g chalta hai..or use m34 me lagake dekho...time bach jayega..
Or kya pata..sim change karwanese..recharge vi chala jaye

Friend k jio sim se swap karke dekha tha tab bhi nahi chala. New sim se ab umeed hain

Have you purchased a new jio sim on the same number? Do it and try. My problem solved after new sim.
