How to enable (infrared) IR emitter/blaster to control TV remote apps

TV Remote apps not working in this phone (the apps keep searching for TV but can't find it ;not a smart TV) . One good quality app showed the error that no IR Emitter found on the phone then I realized the cause of problem. Xiaomi phone never had this problem.

Samsung phones don't have IR feature. You can't do anything in this case.

Don't make stupid replies or posts like this when the answer has been clearly given by others. Samsung has no IR Emitter infrared for remote control
