How to connect M52 to PC via USB cable

Can anyone tell me how to connect my mobile m52 to desktop pc via USB cable...I have tried everything... it's not working

No issues. When you connect to lap or pc whether your phone is charging or not?

It is charging...if I click on file transfer...doesn't give any response on screen

Link to windows will be great for samsung eco system. But it was not fast to transferring files compared to USB transferring
